Dark & Stormy

2 oz - Kraken Spiced Rum
3 oz - Regatta Ginger Beer
a lime

Fill glass with ice and top with ginger beer, leaving about an inch at the top. Squeeze in the juice from half a lime. Pour spiced rum over back of a spoon,make sure spoon is touching the ginger beer. Garnish with slice of lime.
