Sully's Spicy G&T

• Steak seasoning, for rim
• 1 Lime (half for juice, plus a slice for rimming the glass)
• ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
• Dash of black pepper
• Dash of kosher salt
• Dash of Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce
• Dash of Cholula hot sauce
• 1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
• 4 oz Tonic

(Makes 1 drink)

Put a few tablespoons of steak seasoning on a plate. Use a slice of the lime to juice the rim of the glass; then rim the glass with steak seasoning.

Add cherry tomatoes to glass, and muddle them in the bottom of glass.

Add these six ingredients: gin, lime juice from ½ lime, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce, hot sauce.  Mix well. Add ice and top with tonic.  Give a final stir and serve with a garnish of a hot pepper and/or lime slice.
